Why do the edges of objects look grainy in motion?

I have experienced that when moving a character or a camera around it even in new project, the edges become grainy and pixelated. I tried changing anti-aliasing modes, removing motion blur, setting graphics to epic, but it didn’t help. If it’s important, the material I used for the mannequin in the screenshot is a double-sided inverted hull material for outlines (from this vid: Quick and Easy Character Outlines in UE4 [Tutorial] - YouTube).
