Why do my dynamic lights cast rippled effects?

I include a picture of a corridor that has a dynamic pointlight. Depending on the camera angle the light casts these dynamic ripple effects on walls. the effects are not there if the light is set to static.

Any idea what might cause this would be appreciated


This is caused by dynamic lights with sharp angles on an actor and large radius for Spot/Point lights.

This can be tweaked by adjusting the settings for Point/Spot lights for Shadow Bias and Shadow Filter Sharpen to get better results.
