Why do lights look tiled/pixelated in my exports? Am on an old machine, perhaps that's why?

System:

MacBook Pro 12,1

Bootcamp Win10

i5-5257U (2.4 GHz)

Intel Iris Graphics 6100

16 GB RAM

Twinmotion 2023.1.2

Could work on a slightly more powerful PC with a newer mid-tier GeForce that is unfortunately currently offline and Twinmotion won't let me use it offline.

Is this correlated to the notebook being outdated or may I be able to save this by going through settings?

What I'm eventually trying to achieve here is a realistic imitation of lights of a holographic projector on the ground projecting the white model of a city. The tiny city model in white here is fine, full colored, TM is just showing a supplement due to me currently not being hooked up to the HD holding this asset.
