Why do emissive materials loose color in game?

I have been looking through the forums in attempts to Solve this problem with no success.

When I make materials for particles or meshes they loose their glow and color if I give an emissive value greater than zero. in my viewport the materials glow but in game they appear bland white.

I have enabled/disabled Mobile HDR and ensured that the scalability settings are set to epic. I am sure there there is some setting I am missing but cannot figure it out…

I found the anser some time back. Its because Ue4 does not do emmisive colors on split screen.
