I have same problem: can’t open https://www.unrealengine.com/ and can’t download ue4 launcher from https://download.epicgames.com/Builds/UnrealEngineLauncher/Installers/EpicGamesLauncherInstaller-1.11.4-2452818.msi
But still, I can access UE4 from https://github.com/EpicGames/UnrealEngine , so, for me, nothing terrible happened.
