Why developers in Belarus were blocked ? It is longer impossible to download UE4.

Strictly speaking, the Epic’s answer is a ******, a lot of software of any kind originated from USA available in Belarus officially. Export restrictions are mostly about preventing dealing with small set of businesses originated from Belarus, it is not the total prohibition of whole country and I am in doubt there are any single word about the Software (except the export of encryption software, but it is separate at all).
