Why developers in Belarus were blocked ? It is longer impossible to download UE4.

Since we have a lot of Russian-speaking developers in thread, please tell us: What else (besides fixing our broken web site!) should we doing to make UE4 more accessible for you? Are the English language documentation and videos useful, or should we be localizing them? Should we be localizing the Unreal Editor UI? Should we be setting up more Russian language forums, or do you already go elsewhere for discussins?

Actually we (russian developers) don’t need localized documentation. It is because every good developer in Russia already can read and listen in English. And if your team could focus to update current documentation with additional explanations and examples it will be best for us.
