Why are the shadows so jittery when moving?


As you can see the shadows become a mess when i move, and after trying many things for hours I have no idea how to fix it.

I am using nanite but only for the virtual shadow maps, the mesh is not using it. Though even if i activate it, it looks the same. I am not using lumen either.
Also this happens when the character moves, even if the camera is stationary.
The lightning is a directional light set to movable, but it doesn’t matter the mode i set it at, the problem remains.

It can not just be how unreal works. Right?
