Seriously, my transform gizmo is on the other side of the map from where it needs to be. It is not centered on the object it’s supposed to be on at all! Your set pivot tools do absolutely nothing. This really needs to be improved. It makes moving stuff around very difficult
When exporting assets from your 3d program are they placed at the center (0,0,0)?
If not, then try File => Import into Level. This should import assets with their offsets.
