Hello, I am having issue with the creative portal. As of right now I have been working on a backrooms map and everything has been fine. People have been playing it, up to 100,000+, but out of no where today, players kept getting errors. I go to check my portal and the map at the very top private code 9306-9856-4758v1 was switched out for the green map with private code 0830-9612-0150v1 for some odd reason. I tried to change it back to the top one as active, but when I refresh the page it sets it back to the other one. On top of that when I try to publish a newer version of the map with bug and performance fixes I can’t because after the memory calculation it goes through and gives me the green approval icon and I so I hit the publish button just for it not to show up on the screen and after refresh it returns to being a yellow triangle error icon. I left two images below regarding this message. This is my third writing about this issue as the other ones seemed to be ignored and I have a ton of people asking to play the map and youtubers wanting to review it just for the map not to work. On top of all that the second I hit publish I get the same message back on my email not even a few seconds later as if they aren’t even checking the map and just shutting everything I upload down. I have tried removing all audio to see if that was the issue and it still happens. Can someone give me a reason as to why this is happening?
