Are you using distancefield shadows?

Are you using static lighting? If so it could be the lightmap resolution of the object receiving the shadow…

Try increasing Shadow Resolution Scale by at least 1 or 2, if not more…of the directional light. In addition, check Shadow Bias and Shadow Sharpen Filter. If the Bias is 0.5 or higher, lower it to 0.2 or lower. If the Sharpen Filter is above 0.1 or 0.2, lower it to 0.

Is the scene using a specified cubemap, or the default with skylight?
