Why am I getting RuntimeError when exporting from ART?

I tried exporting an FBX using A.R.T. and and I keep getting this error code:

Error: RuntimeError: file C:/Program Files/Unreal Engine/4.1/Engine/Extras/Maya_AnimationRiggingTools/MayaTools/General/Scripts\ART_exportMotion.py line 1507: Error occurred during execution of MEL script

line 1: line 1: Cannot find procedure “FBXExportConstraints”. #

I didn’t modify the rig in anyway and I’m using a student version of Maya. can anyone help?

This error occurs when the fbxmaya.bundle is not loaded. Just go in Window > Settings/Preferences > Plug-in Manager and make sure that it is checked.
