if somebodies kid goes out and acts stupidly because he played a violent video game (a.k.a, his parents didn’t monitor his activity enough) the fault lies with the parents.

Parents don’t control what a 14-18 year old boy reads/plays online and they simply can’t be held responsible for any consequences this game might lead to.
