Seems the white isn’t ffffff could it be due to a color profile loading in a graphics program like photoshop that changes it on open then resave?
Hi , I did check same on Figma, PS and Davinci, same result
Even you can confirm this with your mouse pointer as that is also white.
I think the white is off, I can also see other colors are off.
I am not sure what Chart Unreal has referenced too,
Also if you look at base texture , it has white fill

But the file you uploaded isn’t white. I opened up the the file in Photoshop and the max white value is #fffff9, in krita it’s 255,255,249. The other white samples are even darker.
This has nothing to do with unreal. It’s a color calibration chart problem.
On the second image posted the left bottom box is not white again. This is the eye dropper tool readout
Only the white around the chart in the second pic has full 255,255,255 white and I’m guessing that is not directly part of the chart (perhaps a document background seeing it has a tool-tip on it)
