Should i use Oculus OpenXR or Oculus VR ? What are the advanatges / disadvantages of either. I’m using UE 4.27.2

From what i’ve looked up, OpenXR is the way to go and I don’t really need to enable the OculusVR plugin. There is an OpenXR extension for Oculus in the plugins.
And it seems the way forward on Oculus is using openXR - seems Oculus (or rather Meta) will be making XR mandatory for developing on their VR headsets.
