Which laptop out of these would you recommend?

Hello Everybody,

I’m planing to buy a new laptop. Which one of these 2 would you recommend?

The only difference is: The one with the has only 8 GB RAM while the one with has 16GB RAM. The price is exactly the same.

So is it worth it to buy the one and upgrade with 8GB of RAM or would you rather buy the one?

It would be cheaper to buy the laptop with the and just add more RAM later, than get the RAM now and have to replace the 2060.

Just make sure that there are enough free RAM slots for you to be able to add the RAM!

EDIT: What are the resolutions of the laptops? A might be all you need, anyway.

I went with the lower ram and hdd, and then upgraded to nvme and g skill ram.

Hey. I think it’s worth choosing - ASUS ROG Strix G G531GV-AL033T, because 16 RAM in 2019 is already standard. Just 8 GB is very small, in my pixel is 8GB. Good luck!

I’m thinking about new ASUS Duo - the dual screen laptop as it looks like something perfect for developer. There is still some time left before the release and as strange as it sounds I’d really like to skip 4k display on laptop for performance reasons. Is anyone also considering this one?
