Where root location of Twinmotion Materials for Unreal Engine?

I download Twinmotion Materials for Unreal Engine

Twinmotion Materials for Unreal Engine in Materials - UE Marketplace

Twinmotion Materials Pack

After Add to Project, I can find folder of Twinmotion material in Project folder. The size of folder is around 9GB.

I wonder Where root location of this “Twinmotion Materials for Unreal Engine” in hard drive?
If I create new project, do I need to download “Twinmotion Materials for Unreal Engine” again?
