Where is the UV scale on an instanced material?

I’ve created a parent material with a UV scale, When I’ve created an instance of that material I can’t find the setting in the properties window for the UV Scale. I’ve looked in the material overrides section, Texture parameter and the material editor instance constant drop downs but I cant seem to find it. Anyone know if the function has changed or something since UDK?

You have to create a Vector parameter called ‘UV scale’ in the parent material in order to be able to override that in the MaterialInstance asset. Is that what you did?

Solved it. I’ve rebuilt the texture again and I think I pressed 1 and clicked originally, which created a parameter node just not the one I was needing. However, I should have pressed S and clicked to get the Scalar node. It is showing up in the instance now. Cheers anyhow.
