Where is the "run dedicated server" checkbox? I could find it in 4.26, but it is not in 4.27

When I was using 4.26 I could find the run dedicated server checkbox here.
I have upgraded to 4.27 due to Oodle Compression but cannot find this button … where can I now check the box to run dedicated server?

Change the Net Mode to “Play As Client”.
Hover over the possible entries of that dropdown to read more about each of them in the tooltips.
