The marketplace used to have a questions section where it was possible to ask questions about assets and plugins that were being sold. I have some questions about a few expensive plugins before buying, and another one where I want to report a bug, but there’s simply nowhere for me to reach out. The questions tab was very helpful, as often we wanted to know some details that may have already been answered previously by someone else.
That feature was removed. The only way now is to contact the seller directly via e-mail (every seller is required to provide such e-mail)

Now (they added this feature a few weeks ago), you can ask questions in the forum community post if the seller enabled it. Also, if the seller asked Epic support, the old mandatory forum support thread required by the Marketplace has been merged, so one can see old questions (the old support thread is not the Q/A section mp had, but a separate forum thread the seller was supposed to manually add)

If you already had a forum post for the product, after that you may want to contact the support and ask them to merge the 2 threads, like explained here
