Where is Niagara Performance tab in UE5.5?

There is no Performance tab in 5.5
Is this a bug or policy?

You can use the debug hud to measure different performance numbers of your effects.

If you mean the toggle button that would show the numbers in-line in the emitter, that is not compatible with the new VM. You can disable the new VM in the niagara plugin settings and the button will show up again.

Sure, you need to open your project settings (in the Edit menu on the main toolbar), then search for the Niagara category.
