When you add a new entity to a prefab and change the name before doing anything else materials will not be accepted

Summary

If you create a new entity in a existing prefab and set the name of the entity first any material changes are not accepted/updated. If you do the material first and then change the name ref it works as expected so assuming this is a bug

Steps to Reproduce

Have a prefab and add a new entity from the right click menu then change its name.
Add a mesh of some sort with a material
Try changing the material

Expected Result

It should work even if i add a new name ref first before adding anything ?

Even when you setup the entity with the material ect and change the name after from the point of changing the name you can no longer update the material so yea this needs fixing this is a major annoyance
