Summary
If you have Custom Item And Inventory enable, and you spam interact with an item placer that grants ammo and your inventory is full at some point the inventory bugs out and just displays that ammo with a colored icon and no longer allows you to use the weapon

In this private code, you can use the medium ammo item placer and spam it with the ammo inventory full.
Expected Result
The Ammo just drops to the floor or it doesnt purchase
Observed Result
The ammo is duplicated, one copy has cost and the other doesn’t. In some cases the inventory icon for that ammo changes to a colored version and its ammount its setted to 1, then no other weapon works with that ammo and you can’t drop it.
