Aside from doing everything “manually” using Blender, Photoshop, Substance Painter, etc. what do you guys normally do to get assets to use within a scene that you end up selling? I’ve been making a scene and it’s really very time-consuming, as I’d have to work with crappy royalty-free photos, molding each object, pretty much taking care of every detail myself.
I’m not asking for ready-made furniture or anything like that, just some alternative ways to go about creating an asset, like a site that sells completely royalty-free textures for use in a reusable asset? It would make sense if there weren’t, hence the jacked prices in the marketplace :’) but just making sure I’m not missing out on any great stuff out there.
(I discovered textures.com lately, which if I’m not mistaken lets you use their textures in a scene you plan to sell, as long as you credit them. Some other sites along these lines would be perfect :))
Cheers
