Summary
Tabs in the editor seem to shift and move around when switching, this is extremely disorientating and pretty jarring when moving back and fourth between windows. I’ll often find myself repeatedly clicking on the wrong window. I’ve heard this mentioned as a “Feature” but it really doesn’t help at all after using it for the last 6 months. Please give us the option to disable it.
Steps to Reproduce
Open a good amount of tabs (10+) and switch between them.
Expected Result
Windows should positionally stay where they were when switched to or switched from to avoid positional disorientation.
Observed Result
Tabs shift and jump differing distances which makes predicting their location difficult.
