When i try to open any project backed by revision control it stuck at 36%

Summary

Guys any one know | HOW TO SOLVE THIS BUG !
When i try to open any project backed by revision control it stuck at 36% -
When i try to Create new project it stuck at 100%
I can only open old projects (that’s not backed by Revision Control or Synced )

Steps to Reproduce

Open Uefn
Launch any backed project by Revision Control
Stuck at 36% connecting to revision control

Expected Result

Stuck at 36% connecting to revision control

Observed Result

Stuck at 36% connecting to revision control

Update 1
If i left the project more than 15 minutes it began to load
and some projects open after 30-40 minutes
When i sent the log to claude-AI it told me that there’s something wrong with the cache saving on my pc that’s why
(I actually did new Windows and i did everything to fix this)
Now every project takes over 15-20 to load it :')
Please HELP
