Summary
If you have a lot of bindings and/or conditions in a UMG, when you try to add a new binding for a button or element, the area where you add them jumps around weirdly and makes it hard to use

Steps to Reproduce
Create a UI blueprint, add stuff to it like buttons and things. Add bindings enough that you have to scroll a bit, keep adding as needed and it will be harder to use as more are in there as the item you are adding/editing jumps around in the order of the list.
Expected Result
Should stay in place and not move.
Observed Result
Moves up and down in the list unexpectadly
