Wheels of vehicles have wierd motion blur

How do I remove motion blur when rotating?

I want to completely disable the motion blur from the editor. I have tried setting the motion blur at max in the global post process unit and at min but I don’t see a change. I have also tried the same with the camera component. What should I do?
