Currently counting down the hours until I can play Far Cry 4, pre-loaded it yesterday so I’m all ready to go. I don’t usually pre-order games (anymore…) but is one I will make an exception for, it has been getting good reviews & looks great!

When you get it, post about multiplayer lobby/connecting (if its as messed up as it was in FC3).
And I just bought “Enslaved” on steam sale, good game but camera is beyond terrible. I find myself fighting camera more than mobs.
Also knowing unreal engine, i just see triggers and fake/movable walls sometimes ruins fun.

I just noticed I had a copy of Rage (from ID) in my Steam library So that’s what I’m playing right now

I really liked Rage. My only compliant is that it was too short and it didn’t have any kind of multiplayer option on launch. It’s a shame that they didn’t make a sequel for game. I guess they are working on Doom4 and Fallout 4 these days.

Meanwhile, ive been played it for 2 days on the high seas version. Its a really great game, i find it better than Farcry 3 was, so ill buy it, but i really dont want to deal with DRM ■■■■■■■■ so probably ill keep playing the pirated version even if i bought it legit.

So far I haven’t had any trouble with MP, but I’ve only played a couple of matches during the 3 hours I have played so far.
I am the same way as well, I hope it is just a limitation of my old GTX 660ti but the skybox and water are not very impressive at all. Underwater is good, but you can’t see what is below you from a boat or a cliff more than 3 feet from shore. They are trying to make the water appear murky, but as soon as your head goes below the surface you can see almost everything, including objects above the water really clearly… strange.
Still it’s a great game, would recommend it to anyone who likes genre, the game world is HUGE! And it works well on PC, even with my old card I am getting 40-60fps on High depending on the location.
I’ve recently played Borderlands: the Presequel and Civilization: Beyond Earth to death. Both are reasonable games, but don’t devolve much from their predecessors ( again, at 2/3rds the price of their predecessors, I’m not sure that’s too much of an).
Guys… Last time there was a game that I played to 1 am, and wake up on 6am, to play more… I don’t even remember what it could be. I guess it could be Mass Effect 2.
Of course game has it problems (I for one would prefer fully action RPG with shooter elements and much more skills variety), but it’s still good. There is so much content to go around.

I have DAI, and im happy with it, but it has a massive flaw in my opinion. Its WAY too console-y, the whole HUD is console created, the controls with a keyboard and mouse are complete trash, DA:Origins had much better controls, not even close. So im playing it with a xbox gamepad, and im fine that way. its a good game.

Yeah, the UI was designed for consoles, though they’ve done some work so that it can take advantage of the mouse. But they made things too big, and it feels hard to find things. They could have fit more information on screens without having to branch things out more. And for things like inventory they could have had more items appear. Plus they have all items visible even if they’re equipped which is annoying.

Its not just the interface, the secondary ingame interface HUD they did for mouse its fine. What its HORRENDOUS is the controls for the tactical camera, for example, the dialogue wheel, and the whole menus for inventory and similar are ridiculously bad on a PC, and clearly thought for a console first. Just compare DA Origins HUD and controls with . Having fun with the game, though, playing with my gamepad becouse the mouse and keyboard its annoying. I find interesting that the game its WAY easier than Dragon Age origins was on Easy. im playing on Hard and i dont ever need to change character, their automatic combat works fine all the time.

The normal control is indeed like an MMO, and works kinda fine, the problem is the tactical view, wich is horrendous on PC, and the whole Menu part, with inventory and character window.
I’m playing still playing Skyrim ( never ending play coz i like mods ).
I’m looking forward for the witcher 3 and a discount for Dragon age inquisition
