Thank you for your continued support.
I created a Groom guide curve cache, but the cache does not work.
I don’t know why why this happens. So I have three questions regarding this issue:
(1) Is it possible that I created it in Maya incorrectly?
I have attached the Maya scene (EPIC_hair.mb) that I used when creating it. I’d appreciate it if you could check it.
I set the cache so that it can be used in the “NewLevelSequence” within the project by referencing the official help.

(2) Is there something wrong with the CacheAsset that was created by importing AlembicCache?
(3) If there is any official help that outlines the flow from cache creation to import and usage, could you please let me know?
Thank you.

Could you help me with the assignment, please?
Thank you.
Hi Masahiro,
The developer in charge of the Groom cache is currently on vacations. Back beginning of May.
They will answer you when they are back.
Thanks for your patience.

Jean-Luc

Hello,
To enable playback of a groom guides cache, you have to activate the support on the groom asset. Double-click on the groom asset and in the Interpolation tab (second one) in the Details panel, under the Hair Interpolation section, you’ll need to check “Enable Guide-Cache Support”.
[Image Removed]Usually, this option is automatically enabled when you drag and drop a groom guides cache on the groom component, but this automatic mechanism was skipped because this was set up as a Blueprint.

Thank you very much for your reply.
I’ll be trying the method you kindly suggested now. If I have any additional questions, I appreciate your continued support.
Thank you.
