What is this effect called?

Hi,
I want to disable this effect, and I know I read about it somewhere, but I just can’t find the term for it:

This is a screenshot from the standard 3rd person template and I’m moving the mouse quickly.

It called Motion blur
Find Global PostProcess volume and set amount to 0

Oh thank you so much! Sometimes my brain is just stuck…:eek:
I checked the motion blur settings, they were set to 0 already BUT then I saw that I forgot to set my PPV to “unbound”… now the motion blur is off, finally!

You can also disable moblur more cardinal method
