I am confused about this.
Timeline doesn’t seem to be relevant at all to determine the lifespan of emitters and particles.
Values are not linked and are set independently.
Lifespan of a system can be determined from the system properties, and lifespan of a particle can be determined from the particle properties.
Color and scale can also be adjusted individually using curves.
This makes it difficult to know which values to trust when affecting emitters.
Why do we need a timeline when everything is managed by modules?
