What is the difference between Ctrl+L and Directional Light？

Anyone knows the difference between Ctrl L and Directional Light, and how to handle the way to adjust the Ctrl + L? I found it hard to get a specific angle with Ctrl L.

CTRL+L is just another way to adjust the light.

It does the same thing as using the rotation widget on the actor.

And yes, not very easy to use. Be aware of whether you are moving your mouse horizontally or vertically, is the best advice I can give…
