What happened to Light Draw Distance in 5.2, its not working properly anymore?

So, since 5.2 PV1, all lights have got their “Max Draw Distance” cut (roughly) in half, why is that?

Example:

The RectLight in there has a Draw Distance of 8000, but disappears at roughly 4000 (right side) - same goes for the purple light further back, it turned mostly off already.:

Is this a Bug, or am I missing something?
It works fine (with correct distances) in Editor, but not in Standalon/Packaged Build.

I mean, yes, I can “fix” this by doubling everything, but its still “wrong” then.

EDIT:
I just had a thought, and found the culprit…

Something was/is overwriting “r.LightMaxDrawDistanceScale” wit something smaller than 1…

Thank you! Also had this issue in 5.1 r.LightMaxDrawDistanceScale 1 fixed it!
