Lately, I’ve been eating fruit, eggs and coffee every morning.
I heat a non-stick pan and add a splash of extra virgin olive oil, season with salt and add two or three eggs. Once they’re done on both sides, I add a handful of grated cheese to the pan, throw the eggs on top and take it off the heat. The cheese forms a nice crust underneath so I just flip it all over and eat. Then I eat grapes, orange juice and/or black coffee no sugar.
It’s corn flour with milk, butter and sugar -> pretty tasty and easy to prepare, but you need a special kind of flour for it which you cant find everywhere
No time to waste, so I take the first thing I see and is ready to eat or drink while driving: usually coke or some cereal right out of the box (no bowl and no milk).
A long while ago I went thought a massive health phase, i had vegetable soup at night and made enough to have a huge glass (or 2) in the morning, and plenty of exercise. Looking back it was actually really good, I had really good mental clarity throughout the day when I did that (coupled with nice big salads for lunch), had the energy and was able to basically focus (no mental “fog”) and be extremely productive. At a guess, i’d say i was about twice as productive as I am now.
Then I got slack, now I skip breakfast for the extra 10 minutes sleep then grab a coffee at work. Sleep like ****, eat like **** and put on about 15-20kgs
I really should get back to that for the productivity boost, hard to describe to people who have not experienced it.

Yeah, I used to do ironman triathlons. Fatherhood put a stop to any exercise I was doing, and now I have middle-age spread.
The wife has told me I’m going for a run tonight.
Anyway, currently coffee and a pastry. Soon to be a bowl of bran flakes.
Breakfast always starts with a coffee, I then usually send another one in to report on the first, if by happy they meet and send back a favorable report I may well introduce some muesli, which due to the amount of liquid already present is best applied dry.
By time I am feeling well balanced enough that it’s generally safe for most sections of society, ( small yappy dogs not included ) to interact with me in a real time environment.
