Quinoa with honey and cinnamon, powerful stuff, some days bacon and eggs or eggs with tomato.
Coffee with honey and vanilla, greek yogurt with some oat cluster things that taste really good, almonds, and sometimes a banana or an orange. At home usually nothing because on the weekends I don’t wake up until the afternoon. If I do do breakfast I prefer biscuits and gravy or cream chipped beef on toast.

Nothing actually. My diet is terrible. I just focus on work and sleep haha. I only eat one meal a day, and it’s what ever is in the kitchen. But if possible, Bananas in the morning are great. I only drink water. When I get paid though…It’s on! I go to my favorite authentic Italian Restaurant :D.
