What was done to make the graphics look so smooth? Also, with the flashlight, notice how the flashlight seems to move rather quickly. Is the sensitivity just very high, or what? I was looking to achieve the same kind of effect for my game. Any ideas? Thanks!
What exactly do you mean with “smooth”? -> as far as I can see from the video they just use ordinary textures and basic materials
It looks like they use a pretty high sensitivity + it’s a little bit “behind” (some few seconds) the actualy movement of the mouse
By smooth I just meant… I don’t know, the graphics just look so much smoother and better than what I currently have. Regarding sensitivity, is there a way to set the sensitivity with BP? I made a post on that a while back but the only response I got was in another language.
In the project settings under “input” - “axis mapping” You will have to change the turn rate value
Post me a pic of what you have atm and I will give you some suggestions how to get a smoother look
It’s likely just a combination of rendering at a high frame rate (looks like >100fps) and their video was encoded at a very high quality. Playing the game likely won’t result in the same smooth experience
There’s really nothing special to the graphics here. I can’t see anything out of the ordinary. Maybe you just like their texturing, modeling and lighting.
