What cause my light to do a weird (explosion) effect jitter in my scene?

Hi, i’m quite confuse to this issue, I am beginner when it come doing lightning in Unreal engine. I’m doing a project interior which i want the scenery to be in daytime. I try to do the light exterior since that how the room will receive light. But the result is confusing, i got some spark of lightning.
Do I have to put additional lights in the room to recreate the effect of the projection of light outside illuminating the interior?
