What Are You Working On? Community Screenshots & Videos

New scene I’ve been working on the last few weeks (still rough- have to replace some placeholder geometry and ramp up detail considerably)

Little piece of advice: while posting some shots accompanied with a nice, lit, textured UE4 scene is cool, I really don’t think there’s much appeal or need to post loads of very similar gray shots! Get stuff into a lit and textured scene and then post- without the context the shots you have taken don’t really apply to a forum based on Unreal Engine!

is working on scene for UE4. The purpose of the thread is to display what you are working on, I’m sure it falls within those parameters. =)

Indeed it does!

…and I’m doing some color specs today… Not in UE4 at the moment obviously, but that’s where it will end up eventually:

My current hobby project is a Pong remake with a little twist. I recorded me playing a single player game, but it supports multiplayer too (though that needs a little work, but it’s mostly there.)

One with color. Not sure which one I like better.

Cool. Simple but involving. Remembers childhood…

Color pong looks , love the ball effect.

What happens if you cover the walls and floors with large shiny white tiles that are destructible and reveal the darker surface below? Could look very cool when it collides with the walls and it would leave trails on the ground of chunks get kicked up.

I’d also try raising the controlled bar, float a little off the ground and put a fresnel on the opacity so it’s ghosted.

Love it so far.

Working on prodecural environment. Mostly to learn Unreal and c++.

That last row of colors just looks so good for some reason. Reminds me of Sonic Adventure 2.

Nice, I like the color version!

An old holographic sight material I might end up using in the third person project.
