What are these glitches?

What are these streaky glitches on the right side of screen? Is it just my Gpu struggling? Light rays?

I’m using ultra dynamic sky.

I have a 3080ti and a 2080ti with a threadripper.

i’d assume this is an artefact of the horizontal rendering. looks like the light bloom is bleeding. does it do that on vertical render too?

(can’t test, rn. i got 5.5 in the cooker again.)

Yeah, when I was doing the landscape render it wasn’t there… but that was a much lighter scene…

Tested and the glitches don’t appear in Landscape. I just rendered 4k to get my Social format. Thanks!
