What are these circle patches on my static meshes after building lighting?

after i build my lighting (preview quality) i got all this patches… is this on the lightmap or the reflection sphere?

I use 20 SphereReflectionCapture, and 1 boxreflectioncapture (the whole scene)
All lightmap are around 128 (for walls), and 256 - 512 for all props.

Static lighting Level Scale = 0.1
Num Indirect Lighting Bounc 25
Num Sky lighting bounce = 25
Indirect lighting quality = 10 (from one tuts this * static lighting lvl scale should be 1)
Indirect lighting Smoothness 0.6

pls help :< im confused
