weird triangles on reflections

Why these kind of triangles showing on reflected materials. pls help

Are you using raytracing? You might play with this console variable to change the distance at which reflections are calculated. The mesh might be “looking at itself”.

r.raytracing.NormalBias

I have changed normalbias numbers but it didnt change.
by the way, yes its path tracing. no issue on lit mode.

Is this far away from origin by chance? Do you have an asset you can share?
