weird texture issue

I´ve got issue with the texture in UE.
I have made material for the wall in DDO and everything went good.
But when I put it into UE the texture seems in some parts displaced.
It is the same model and texture. Tested in DDO & Marmoset… everything crisp. But then in UE it shows me different result.
I have tried reimport the mesh, obj/fbx, save another texture, checked it in DDO and resave again but it didn´t work.
Any idea?
