Weird tearing/diagonal shadows

Hi, i am having a weird problem. After importing my project using datasmith(exported from 3ds max), i get this weird diagonal shadows. I have imported the exact same project before using fbx, and i had no issues. This shows on all meshes in my project and it disappears as soon as i get close enough to the mesh. I have tried tweaking the light, even disabling it completely, increasing lightmap resolution, building custom lightmaps in 3ds max but nothing.Problem appears even after building lighting.

Update: This only seems to happen to projects created using the Unreal Studio Product Viewer template. When i import my datasmith in a new first person or VR template everything works fine.

Does anyone have any ideas? Thank you.
