Weird shadows when camera/player aproaches

Hello everyone, I am relatively new to unreal and I am creating an environment in which I see that some meshes have strange shadows when I approach with the camera or when I press play and approach with the character.

Anyone could know where this comes from with the uploaded video?

I have just noticed this only happens with materials that have a height map. In this wall texture if i disable height map it seems to work correctly but i still want to know how can i fix it so i can also use bumps.
