Weird shadows on VR Preview. Basic level, but unplayable. What could be wrong?

Problem with Unreal Engine VR. I am making a VR game, I have set the OpenXR and the settings to work. VR Device is Oculus Quest 3.

The level has been set as the Basic level. The tracking works with headset and the controllers. There is some strange lighting issue. Huge shadow appears when tilting headset to the left. Also when moving in some angles.
