Weird lighting issues

Hi! I am a bit new to Unreal Engine and I was trying to drag and drop blueprint classes into my scene.

When I do, certain parts of my texture has this weird shadow and is transparent. I included pictures for reference.

This only appears to be happening in lit mode, as you can see in unlit mode the asset looks normal.

If it helps, I am using the nordic rocks collection.

Im not sure what to do to fix this, any help would be great!
