Weird difference between particle emitters in editor vs in gameplay- (weird strobbing effect)

I have no idea what the difference is or where to even start. Can someone please point me in the right direction please?

I had a similar problem. When spawning a lot of particles at once.

Had to do with max particles and lifetime. Since framerate is usually faster in a build then in editor it was expending all the particles to its max before it would loop causing the pulse effect every second because that’s when it was set to loop.

Not sure if that’s what happening here.

Could anyone help me on this? I still haven’t found a reason or a solution to this weird strobbing affect…
