Weird Closeup-Shadows in UE5 on Nanite Meshes Using Lumen (Raytraced Shadows)

Hey People,
I got some weird shadows in shadow areas when getting closer to the surface. As you can see in the screenshots, when I am far away, everything looks as it should be, but closeup the shadowed areas just get cold black. The whole terrain is a nanite mesh, the red cube with no nanite work properly, so it has to do something with lumen (raytraced shadows enabled) and nanite. Same happens with megascans assets with nanite enabled. Any suggestions? Tried some seetings with global illumination but nothing worked so far :frowning:

Found the solution for anyone with the same problem: Open the nanite mesh, where the weird shadows appear and under Nanite set the “fallback relative error” to 0.0. That does the trick.
