Weird bright and dark area in landscape (UE4.19)

heey there!
I just installed UE 4.19 and played around with landscape and just noticed this very weird problem of having a limited area that seems to be lit with skylight and suddenly just stops.

It seems that only landscape is affected. Tried to debug but could not found the issue. Anyone knows where the magic button is?

The area on the left is not receiving the sky light’s specular reflections. Is your skylight dynamic, stationary or static?

It’s dynamic. There is really something weird going on here…if I delete just everything except the landscape only…it will look like this from a far view. Note that the landscape is much larger then this bright area, it’s just black as it is suppose to be. I can’t get rid of the bright area.
